What is your identity? If someone were to ask you who are you are and what you stand for, would you be able to answer with confidence?

Identity is one of the biggest influences in the success of a relationship, and could arguably be rooted in the success of many things in our lives. Our jobs, our outlook & perspective, and our overall quality of life, to name a few. Knowing who we are and want we want is one of the most powerful tools we can carry.

And while identity is something that is formed internally, we seek so much of our personal validation of self-identity from our external environment.

Genevieve discusses this and more with her husband Luke as he joins her on this week’s episode of Your Zest Life. They share an in-depth conversation about how identities are formed, the identity of ourselves & our relationships, when their identities have been challenged, and how to develop and maintain identity in relationships — both platonically and romantically.

Kick back, relax. Silence all your notifications, get your comfies on, eliminate all distractions and allow yourself to be present with this week’s episode of Your Zest Life.
