Show Notes

What exactly is Imposter Syndrome? Does it affect everyone? How do I cope with Imposter Syndrome?

If you’ve found yourself asking any of these questions, this week’s episode is for you!

Not only do we talking about the origins of Imposter Syndrome and who experiences it. Genevieve also shares tips and tools for how to create a habit of working in harmony with Imposter Syndrome to not just feel confident in our lives, but more competent in our relationships, careers, health, and achievements.

In this episode, Genevieve also  shares more about this phenomenon and the specifics of how Imposter Syndrome can effect minorities & marginalized groups because of the effects of systemic racism, xenophobia, classism, and other biases.

Because this week Mercury is in retrograde, Genevieve dabbles in discussing a little more about what that actually means and why this is a great time to develop new perspectives and see things in a different light. Such as seeing how Imposter Syndrome can strengthen our ability to see the value in ourselves and take ownership of our abilities.

As always, we hope you enjoy this week’s episodes of Your Zest Life and thank you so much for listening.
